tertim imageI’ve been a bit of a stress head most of my adult life but I’m now able to take control when I start to feel my anxiety levels rising. This has been achieved by learning relaxation techniques and the ability to take myself off somewhere quiet (mentally) to calm down. I’m amazed at how much better I’m sleeping and how much better I feel in my day to day life. tertim image Thank you Di, after seeing you and talking to you I started to look at myself differently.  I decided to make some changes in my life including starting a diet. I am now seeing my old friends again and making new friends. The biggest change for me has been having the courage to say no to people who I feel have taken advantage of me, no more bullies! I feel a lot stronger in myself and can stand up for myself now. I no longer let things build up, I feel stronger about discussing things and finding the way forward. When I first came to see you I was so unhappy trying to keep everyone around me happy that I had lost myself. Thank you for helping me find myself again, life can be so mad but now I know that I am going to be alright. You are the best.     ST (June 2014)

tertim imageI have discovered that deep down I have always known what I wanted but my sessions with Di have allowed me the time and space to reconnect with what I know is right for me. Di has helped me identify both short and long term goals and I now feel that I have been able to clear my mind and can focus on what I want from my life. The sessions have helped me relax and reminded me of the importance of positive thinking. I now have direction in my life again, It’s been so good to talk.     VT (Sept 2014)
